Sunde Entertainment LLC ("Sunde", "we", "us") is a talent booking agency based in Miami, Florida and Basel, Switzerland. This policy explains what personal information we collect through sundeworldwide.com and how we use it. You can contact us at info@sundeworldwide.com.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you:
- Information you give us: when you send an event request, your name, email address, the type of talent you need, event date, city, budget range, and any notes you add. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we also receive your contact details and the content of your messages.
- Technical information: our hosting provider automatically records standard details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request and find, propose and negotiate talent for your event or campaign.
- To share the details needed for a booking (for example event date, location and budget) with agents, managers or talent, and only when needed to fulfil your request.
- To keep business records, protect the site from abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers we use
Some third parties process information on our behalf or when you use parts of the site:
- Formspree receives the contents of the request form and emails them to us.
- Netlify hosts the website.
- Google provides our email service and the fonts used on the site.
- YouTube videos are embedded in a privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may set cookies or collect data when you play a video, under its own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages if you choose to contact us through the WhatsApp button.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics on this site. Third-party services listed above, such as embedded YouTube videos, may set their own cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as needed to respond to you, complete any booking, and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any legal obligation to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. This includes rights under the EU and Swiss data protection laws and, for California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act. To use any of these rights, email info@sundeworldwide.com. If you are in the EU or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
We operate from the United States and Switzerland, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. By sending us your information, you understand it may be transferred and processed outside your country.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online service is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information such as payment details or identity documents through the request form.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults planning events. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
